Contracts and Payment Terms

All projects or other tasks that are taken on by Alaska Office Specialists will have a contract laying out the scope, milestones, deliverables, and expectations along with time lines for completion and payment schedule.

Payment will be in the form of a PayPal invoice and will be due based on the terms agreed upon.

If a PayPal payment does not clear, the contract and any uncompleted work will cease until payment clears. If payment does not clear the contract will be immediately in breach of contract and future work due will be void.

No checks or direct deposits will be accepted or setup until after a full project is completed and paid for and trust is established.
